We have 75-100 people per week who serve at the food bank. We could not accomplish our mission without these dedicated volunteers. Following are volunteer options:
- Mondays: 11:45-1:00 pm; unloading our weekly truck of 7,000 lbs of food (come on over and help)
- Tuesdays: 9:00-11:00 am; organizing, sorting and stocking (come on over and help)
- Wednesdays: 9:00-6:30 pm; we are open to our clients and have 3 shifts (9:00-12:30; 12:30-3:30; 3:30-6:30) for volunteers 14 years or older. Please email mtsifoodbank@yahoo.com with your availability or sign up on Volunteer Spot (see link below).
At times, we also have a need for drivers to pick up loads of food from local grocery stores.
